Dilwar Khan is the Territory Owner for Birmingham Central, with over 10 years of experience in corporate banking and 4 years in the property sector. His diverse career has provided him with a strong foundation in financial services, property transactions, and client relations. Before taking on his current role, Dilwar worked as a Tax Consultant, advising clients on complex financial matters. He holds a degree in Accounting & Finance and is CeMAP qualified. Dilwar’s passion for the property industry stems from his dedication to helping people achieve their dream of homeownership. He has worked across both high street and remote estate agencies, thriving in entrepreneurial environments. Outside of his professional life, Dilwar is a dedicated football fan and lifelong supporter of Manchester United. He stays active by regularly going to the gym and playing football. Additionally, he is involved in a local charity football team that tours the Far East every 2-3 years, raising funds for essential projects such as building tube wells and homes for impoverished communities. Dilwar finds great fulfillment in giving back, and he is proud to contribute to making a difference both locally and internationally.
